DIRECTIONS

From the Garden State Parkway:
Garden State Parkway Exit 131, continue (South) on Ramp
Merge onto Route-27 Lincoln Hwy] (South-West)
At the first intersection traffic light, turn RIGHT (North-West) onto Wood Avenue.
At the first traffic light (there will be a Burger King to your left), turn LEFT (West)
onto Oak Tree Road.
You will pass the following landmarks along Oak Tree Road (in the order listed):
  • Pathmark shopping center (left)
  • PNC Bank (right)
  • YMCA/Jewish Community Center (left)
  • Brighton Garden Assisted Living Complex (left)
1804 Oak Tree Rd is directly across the street from the Marriot complex, on your
right.
The Physicians Wellness Center is located in Suite #4 (all the way on your right-
hand side of the building complex).

From the New Jersey Turnpike:
Take Exit 11 off the NJ Turnpike to the Garden State Parkway North and follow
the directions above.

From Route 287/Route 440:
Take 287 South or Route 440 South to the exit of the Garden State Parkway North
and follow directions above.

From Route 1 North:
Follow Route 1 North past the Menlo Park Mall and take the Garden State
Parkway North.  Follow directions above.

From Route 1 South:
Continue down Route 1 South past Route 35 and the Route 1/Route 9 split.  At the
Staples Office Store, make a right turn onto GREEN STREET.  Follow Green
Street all the way up; the name will change to Oak Tree Road once you cross over
Route 27.  Continue on Oak Tree Road until you see the landmarks listed above.

From Route 9 North:
Take Route 9 to the Garden State Parkway North and follow directions above.  
For Route 1-9 South, follow directions for Route 1 South above.
